I help leaders and businesses get unstuck.
I've sat across the table from hundreds of business owners and leadership teams. Almost all of them are capable, committed, and working hard. What they're missing isn't effort. It's a clear, shared picture of where they're going, and an honest read on where they stand today.
So that's where I start. Not with last year's numbers or a strategy template, but with an honest picture of now and a vivid picture of the future the business is actually capable of. Then we build the pathway between the two. Vision first, because a plan without a destination is just activity.
